His executive background with consumer goods, manufacturing and environmental companies provides the foundation of this boutique search firm. Additionally, Mark's military service within Special Forces has given Pegasus the unique ability to partner on defense and security placements.
Bill Molander
Bill Molander serves as the Senior Director and Partner of The Pegasus Group, Inc. He brings twenty-five plus years of sales and management experience from the environmental, manufacturing, and service industries. Bill participates in recruitment and spearheads business development in the US and contract consulting projects in the Middle East.
Faith Helm
Faith Helm is a Partner and Managing Director of both the Chicago and Galena offices. She has direct responsibility for recruitment and client relationships and is recognized for her service-driven and focused consultative approach that helps earn the Pegasus name trust and loyalty. Faith manages accounts ranging from medical to manufacturing.

Jay Achino is an Account Executive specializing in Grocery, Food and Distribution.
Bryan Fulton
Bryan Fulton is an Account Executive within our CPG and Manufacturing Group.
Molly Moore
Molly Moore is an Account Executive concentrating in Energy and Engineering.
Teresa Thorp
Teresa Thorp is Office Manager. She manages all administrative efforts, IT and office systems. Teresa also handles vendor relationships and our internal Human Resources function.
