Mark’s executive background with consumer goods, manufacturing and environmental companies provides the foundation of this boutique search firm. Additionally, his military service within Special Forces has given Pegasus the unique ability to partner on defense and security placements.
Bill Molander
Bill Molander serves as a Director and Partner of The Pegasus Group, Inc. He brings twenty plus years of sales and management experience from the environmental, manufacturing, and service industries. Additionally, Bill leads the company’s Energy practice and has responsibility for the firm’s many clients within this practice area. Bill is an active recruiter and a key strategist and consensus builder for the direction of the firm.
Faith Helm
Faith Helm is a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager. She has direct responsibility for relationship building with new and existing businesses. Faith is recognized for her service-driven and focused consultative approach that helps earn the Pegasus name trust and loyalty from both clients and candidates. Her work includes industrial, manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

Jonathan Curry is an Account Executive in our Healthcare Informatics Group. He has specialized experience with implementation of Electronic Medical Records systems as well as many other key informatics platforms.

Bryan Fulton is an Account Executive within our Banking Group. Teresa Thorp
Teresa Thorp is Office Manager for The Pegasus Group. She manages all administrative efforts of the company as well as our IT and inner office systems. Teresa handles vendor relationships and the requisite information for our contract staffing business as well as our human resources function.
Molly Moore
Molly Moore is an Associate Account Executive in our Energy Group. She brings innovative drive specializing in the natural gas and alternative energy sectors. She actively recruits Impact Players in the energy industry bringing them together with our leading energy clients.
