Mark Hope is Founder and Principal owner of The Pegasus Group, Inc. His career began during his military service within the U.S. Army's Special Forces division. This combined with his executive experience in consumer packaged Goods, energy and manufacturing companies both within the United States and overseas markets provides the foundation of our search firm.
Bill Molander
Bill Molander serves as the Vice President and Director of The Pegasus Group, Inc. He brings twenty-five plus years of sales and management experience from the environmental, manufacturing, and service industries. Bill participates in recruitment and spearheads business development in the U.S.
Faith Helm
Faith Helm is a Partner and Director of the Chicago office. With an extensive staffing and search background, she has direct responsibility for recruitment and client relationships. Faith is recognized for her service-driven and focused consultative approach that helps earn the Pegasus name trust and loyalty.
