For clients, that means spending time in dialogue with hiring managers to assess their current needs. Not only do we want to know, we need to know who you are, your company’s culture and all things not found on a job description. We ask the thoughtful questions to truly understand your talent acquisition requirements - not just for today, but for bench strength and top grading in the future. We then seek out your search expectations and timeline. Likewise, we share our expectations of you in the search.
For candidates, that means reviewing your career progression and discussing future goals and next steps. In order to begin to determine a fit, it is critical to know your motivation at this particular juncture - i.e. money, location, challenge, title, emotional. We ask that you share not only your success stories with us, but your failures and missteps and what those moments taught you. We then seek out your search expectations and timeline. Likewise, we share our expectations of you in the search.
