We ask the thoughtful questions to truly understand your talent acquisition requirements - not just for today, but for bench strength and top grading in the future. We then seek out your search expectations and timeline. Likewise, we share our expectations of you in the search.
For candidates, The Pegasus Touch means reviewing your career progression and discussing future goals to begin to determine a fit. We strive to know your motivation at this particular point in your career - i.e. money, location, challenge, title, and emotional factor. We ask that you share not only your success stories with us, but your failures and missteps and what those moments taught you. We then seek out your search expectations and timeline. Likewise, we share our expectations of you in the search.
